Use for services when is_pin_based: false:

• Virgin Mobile recharge vouchers
• Salik recharge cards
• VoIP Calling Cards (Hello/Five)

Only for service.id international-bridge.

• 50+ countries supported
• Special flow with denomination selection
• Requires /providers endpoint
